Shipping policy

MISS SUNDAY ships worldwide. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery timeframes, couriers and shipping costs based on your location and order weight.

Please note that the timeframes listed are estimates from the point of dispatch, and do not include any applicable production time. You can find details on whether your piece is made to order or ready to ship on the individual product pages.

Delivery Times & Costs

Canada (Canada Post)
2–3 working days | $15 CAD

International (FedEx Connect Plus)
North America: 2–5 working days | $20-$30 CAD

Rest of the World: 3–7 working days | $30–$50

Duties & Taxes

All orders are hand packaged and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Canada
There are no additional duties, customs charges or tariffs.

Rest of the World
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs and may be applicable upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer to pay within the specified timeframe.

Please also note that shipping to the UAE is currently suspended.

Lost, Missing or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details by email. Please note that once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, including to a neighbour or safe place, and proof of delivery has been provided, we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or theft after that point.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will of course arrange a replacement or refund once the courier investigation has been completed.
